The NAFC non-profit mission is to provide health and fitness education, services and placement opportunities for specialized, distressed and underprivileged populations through its Not Forgotten™ and Forget Me Not™ Foundations.

Our vision is to enhance lives by assisting our aging population of sedentary seniors, physically, emotionally/mentally challenged, youth of all ages, foster children, veterans, economically disadvantaged, and those reentering the job market with the need and desire to regain their physical strength and stamina.

It is our highest mission to fulfill the dreams of these forgotten populations and offer a “new lease on life” in achieving a healthy, physically active lifestyle.

NAFC Non-Profit provides realization of full health and fitness potential through education and training.

The NAFC Nonprofit qualifies as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code because it is organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings inure to any private shareholder or individual.

The organization qualifies under two exempt purposes: (1) charitable and (2) educational. “Charitable” includes relief of the poor, distressed or the underprivileged, and includes the advancement of education or science. “Educational” relates to the instruction or training of the individual for the purpose of improving or developing his capabilities or the instruction of the public in subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community.
